Our rotating two-year internship program offers hands-on experience across business operations, financial planning, philanthropy, and marketing. Our interns work closely with a team of experienced professionals known for exceptional client service, strong relationships, and a deep commitment to the community.

We are currently hiring a Business Intern. This is a paid, in-office internship, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Compensation starts at $20 an hour, based on experience and qualifications. You’ll have the opportunity to build administrative and client service skills while gaining exposure to financial planning and investment-related work. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to contribute wherever needed, and excited to grow alongside our team.

Required Qualifications:

• Interest in marketing, philanthropy, business and strategic planning, and/or financial planning
• A proactive, team-first mindset with a willingness to support administrative needs with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in-person
• Third or fourth year college student able to commit to a two-year program
• Intent to stay local after graduation
• Genuine interest in contributing to the growth and well-being of our community
• Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and complete a non-disclosure agreement
