As a part of the Financial Services Modernization Act, registered investment advisors like Premier Financial Group are now required to provide a written privacy policy to our clients. This privacy disclosure merely puts in writing our commitment to the privacy practices that Premier has always followed. The following privacy policy is provided to you with Premier’s assurance that we have in the past and will continue in the future to maintain the privacy of your nonpublic, personal account information.

Premier Financial Group understands the importance in maintaining your privacy. One of our primary goals is to protect your privacy while providing you with a high level of client service.

We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on our applications or other forms
  • Information about your transactions with us or others you have provided
  • Information you provide us in financial planning and other meetings

We may share information about you with your tax professional, your estate attorney and those financial service providers we work with and with whom you have an account (i.e. TD Ameritrade Institutional, First Mercantile). Otherwise, we do not disclose any non-public personal information about you to anyone unless requested by you or as permitted by law. We follow the same policy with respect to non-public information received from all clients and former clients.

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who have need for that information to provide investment services to you, or to employees who assist those who provide those services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public personal information.
