Senior Office Administrator
Premier Financial Group, a locally owned and operated fiduciary wealth management firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Office Administrator for their Eureka, CA office.
Premier’s Senior Office Administrator is a high-profile relationship lead for a high-performance organization and is responsible for ensuring the continuous delivery of exceptional service via daily front office tasks.
The Senior Office Administrator is responsible for:
- Reception management – effectively and efficiently routing client and guest queries, managing a multi-line phone system, and leading a high-touch reception area experience for in-person visitors
- Scheduling internal and external meetings for a team of 19 serving 500+ clients
- Vendor ordering and relationship management
- Professional client correspondence via phone, mail, and email
- Fulfilling client requests and addressing service-related issues
- Filing, scanning, and general office upkeep
- Coordination of occasional community and private events
- Special project coordination including the delegation of appropriate tasks
- Presentation material preparation and other visual aids for client meetings
- Participation in team meetings and ongoing professional trainings
- Provides support for business development and marketing projects
- Proofreading client correspondence
- Ability to adhere to rules and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a professional setting and at least 5 years of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or GED is required, college experience is preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Adobe Suite proficiency is preferred
- Background in finance or banking is desired
- Ability to maintain continuous attention to detail
- Collaborate readily to effectively service the company, colleagues, and clients
- Demonstrate passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Professional written and verbal communications
- Produces work that is both accurate and high quality
- Demonstrate effective time management skills
- Displays an interest in supporting business development and marketing efforts
