Morgan Thompson is the Virtual Assistant at Premier Financial Group, committed to providing clients and colleagues with exceptional service and dependable support. She has served in this role since the spring of 2022 and is an experienced administrative professional who excels in project management and client services.
Having originally joined Premier in 2016, Morgan brings over seven years of prior experience with the firm. During that time, she served as a lead trainer for the Investment Administrator and Client Service team, helping set and uphold a high standard of client care across the organization. Because she has worn many professional hats at Premier, Morgan has a unique understanding of the inner workings of multiple roles within the firm. This broad perspective makes her an integral part of the team, with the ability to support clients and colleagues in a wide variety of ways.
Morgan thrives in Premier’s collaborative environment and is known for her strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive approach. Whether coordinating projects, streamlining processes, or assisting advisors and team members behind the scenes, she takes pride in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client interaction.
