The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO/CFO at Premier Financial Group. This role is critical in maintaining organization, communication, and efficiency across executive functions and client-facing operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. They have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on the needs of the executive.

The Executive Administrator is responsible for:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct support to CEO/CFO with daily administrative needs
- Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence and communications
- Assist with email management and prioritization
Client & Communication Support
- Serve as a point of contact for client interactions and inquiries
- Assist in drafting client communications and follow-up materials
- Support prospective client tracking and relationship management
Operations & Project Management
- Manage and track tasks and workflows
- Assist with internal project coordination and execution
- Maintain organization across systems, files, and processes
Technology & Systems Support
- Perform data entry and reporting in Excel and other platforms
- Assist with laptop/mobile setup and basic tech coordination
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) for daily operations
Marketing & Social Media
- Support social media management
- Assist with light marketing initiatives and content coordination
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- 3+ years of customer service or client-facing experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with task and project management systems (Asana preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and professionalism, contributing to a positive team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
